Location of the Conference
20The conference will be held at the Congress Center in Leipzig (CCL) which is located within the area of the new trade fair center. The CCL has a sufficient number of lecture halls which allow for up to 8 parallel sessions as summarised below. Additionally, sufficient space is available for the poster exhibition and several multi-purpose rooms can be used for a commercial exhibition, e.g. CFD-vendors and companies selling optical instrumentation.

In case more parallel sessions are required also additional rooms are available. All the lecture rooms are equipped with the necessary audiovisuals, such as, microphone, screens, overhead, computer and beamer. Moreover, each room will be served by one technician.
For the poster exhibition two foyer areas each having 260 m2 are available.
